Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL (Property 501) - approximately 1mi east
of Perdido Pass on the Bay side of Perdido Beach Blvd.
Terms and conditions
- Preview: Inspect at your leisure.
- Presale: All properties are AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE PRIOR to the
auction. If you would like to make an offer before the auction, please fax
(205.661.0800) or email your offer
as time is very limited. Offers are not required to be on the
Pre-Auction Offer Form
but they must meet the same terms as the Auction.
- Registration: A $5,000 deposit will be required in
order to register to bid. The deposit must be a cashier’s check made payable to
the bidder, a personal/company check made payable to Heritage (accompanied with
a Bank Letter of Guarantee) or a pre-arranged wire transfer (must be confirmed
received by Fri June 20).
- Sample Guarantee
Letter: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of
's (insert customer name here) checks
drawn on account #_____ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $_____ for
purchases at the auction of Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc on
June 21, 2008.
- Terms: 10% Buyer’s Premium added to all bids. 10% down
payment due upon bid award. Balance due at closing within 30 days. Closing will
not be subject to a financing contingency. Offered AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. All
properties not designated as “absolute” are subject to Seller approval.
- Absentee Bidding: Absentee bid packages available upon
request.
- Broker Participation: A 3% broker participation is
offered. Written registration must be received no later than 48hrs prior to
auction on the required
Broker Participation Form.
