Directions

From Birmingham Alabama, I-59, Exit 143 (Deerfoot Parkway) : whether north or south bound, turn left at the end of the exit : turn right at 1st light : Heritage's Liquidation Center is located approximately 1/2 mile on left.

Bids/offers

You may submit bids via fax (205.661.0800), mail or hand delivery (Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc, 6877 Gadsden Hwy, Trussville, AL 35173), or email info@heritagesales.com. Faxed/Mailed bids must be submitted on the Bid Form. Emailed bids must contain the same item/bidder information as requested on the Bid Form.

Terms of Sale

• Cash, Visa/MasterCard/Discover, certified funds, wire transfers, personal/company check (with proper ID and subject to electronic conversion/approval, 10-day hold on all checks over $5,000).
• Sale subject to seller confirmation.
• Sales tax collected unless a resale tax number can be provided.
