Directions
From the intersection of Hwy 280 and Hwy 231 in
Sylacauga, AL; take Hwy 231S for 4.4mi; turn right onto Co Rd 41 / Weogufka Rd
(just past Rippin Ribs BBQ); continue straight for 6.6mi (road name changes to
Co Rd 29 / Mt Moriah Rd; sawmill is on both sides of road. Watch for Auction
Signs!
Terms and conditions
- EQUIPMENT: 10%
buyer’s premium. Full payment due on sale day. Sales tax collected - dealers
bring your resale # (2.5% manufacturing machines, 3% rolling stock, 5% office
furniture/equipment). Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from
auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and personnel.
- GENERAL: Main mill
equipment will be offered piece-by-piece, as a whole and in combination with
the existing property. “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”. All information
contained herein was derived from sources believed to be correct but is not
guaranteed. Announcements made at Auction supersede all printed material.
Auctioneer is Selling Agent only. Auctioneer reserves the right to group,
reduce, add to or delete lots. All decisions by Auctioneer are final. Absentee
and fax bid packages available upon request.
- INTERNET BIDDING:

refundable should you not be declared the winning bidder. We will also
consider letters of credit/financial standing from your Bank or past bidding
references from another Auction Company. All online bidders must be paid in
full by 5pm(cst) Monday, July 18th. No items will be released until full
payment has been received.
