Terms and conditions
- INSPECTION:
Thursday, January 25th, 10am-4pm (CST); Friday, January 26th, 10am-4pm (CST);
and Auction Day, starting at 8am (CST).
- GENERAL: No
buyer’s premium. Full payment due on sale day. Sales tax collected (3.75% for
rolling stock and trailers, 9% all else) - dealers bring your resale #. $16.50
title application fee applies to all titled items unless Buyer is out-of-state
or a licensed dealer. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from
auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and personnel.
