Directions

From Birmingham Alabama, I-59, Exit 143 (Deerfoot Parkway) : whether north or south bound, turn left at the end of the exit : turn right at 1st light : Heritage's Liquidation Center is located approximately 1/2 mile on left.

Bids

All bids must be received no later than 6pm (cst) on Tuesday, July 31, 2007. You may submit bids via fax (205.661.0800), mail or hand delivery (Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc, 6877 Gadsden Hwy, Trussville, AL 35173), or email info@heritagesales.com. Faxed/Mailed bids must be submitted on the Bid Form. Emailed bids must contain the same item/bidder information as requested on the Bid Form.

Terms and conditions

• INSPECTION: Mondays through Fridays, from 9AM until 6PM (cst), Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only.
• WINNING NOTIFICATIONS: Winning bidders will be notified between August 1st and August 3rd, 2007.
• FORMS OF PAYMENT: Payment in full due on bid award. Cash, Visa/MasterCard/Discover, certified funds, wire transfers, personal/company check (with proper ID and subject to electronic conversion/approval, if over $5000 must have Bank Letter of Guarantee or 10-day hold).
• SAMPLE GUARANTEE LETTER: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of       's (insert customer name here) checks drawn on account #_____ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $_____ for purchases at the sealed bid auction of Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc on July 31, 2007 in Trussville, AL.

• TITLE FEES: Title fee of $16.50 will be applied to all titled vehicles/trailers unless a dealer license can be provided.
