From Birmingham Alabama, I-59, Exit 143 (Deerfoot Parkway) : whether north or south bound, turn left at the end of the exit : turn right at 1st light : Heritage's Liquidation Center is located approximately 1/2 mile on left.

Terms and conditions

• INSPECTION: Auction Day beginning at 8am (cst).
• GENERAL: 10% buyer’s premium. Full payment due on sale day. Sales tax collected - dealers bring your resale #. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and personnel. “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”. All information contained herein was derived from sources believed to be correct but is not guaranteed. Announcements made at Auction supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to group, reduce, add to or delete lots. All decisions by Auctioneer are final.
• FIREARMS: All state and federal firearm regulations and requirements will be strictly enforced.
• FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Certified Funds, Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted. Personal/Company Checks under $5000 accepted with proper ID and subject to electronic conversion/approval (over $5,000 MUST have Bank Letter of Guarantee or purchases will be held for 10 business days).
• SAMPLE GUARANTEE LETTER: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of       's (insert customer name here) checks drawn on account #_____ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $_____ for purchases at the auction of Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc on December 1, 2007 in AL.
• CHECKOUT: Auction Day until 5pm. Call ahead for an appointment on Monday, December 3rd.
• ABSENTEE BIDDING: Download the Absentee Bid Form now! Mail, email or fax it back to us by 5pm (cst) Friday, November 30, 2007 to get your absentee bid in! All absentee bids for firearms MUST include a legible copy of their driver's license.
