Offers are not required to be on the Pre-Auction Offer Form but they must contain all the same information as the Pre-Auction Offer Form and meet the same exact terms as the Auction.
  • 2% Broker Participation is offered. Written registration, submitted on the Broker Participation Form must be received no later than 48 hours prior to Auction time. Or email us and we'll fax you a copy.
