- Inspection:
Auction Day, starting at 8am (CST).
- General: 10%
Buyer’s Premium. Full payment due at end of auction. Sales tax collected –
dealers bring your resale #. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases
from auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and
personnel. “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”.
- Checkout: Auction Day until 5pm
(CST). All items must be removed by appointment no later than Friday, June 27th, 4pm (CST)
- Forms of Payment: Cash, Certified
Funds, Visa, MasterCard, Discover accepted. Personal/Company Checks only with Bank Letter
(no exceptions).
- Sample Guarantee
Letter: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of
