Terms and conditions

• Inspection: Auction Day, starting at 8am (CST).
• General: 10% Buyer’s Premium. Full payment due at end of auction. Sales tax collected – dealers bring your resale #. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and personnel. “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”.
• Checkout: Auction Day until 5pm (CST). All items must be removed no later than Tuesday, August 19th, 5pm (CST), no extensions.
• Forms of Payment: Cash, Certified Funds, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal/Company Checks (under $5000 with electronic approval/conversion, over $5000 only with Bank Letter, no exceptions).
• Sample Guarantee Letter: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of       's (insert customer name here) checks drawn on account #_____ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $_____ for purchases at the auction of Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc on August 16, 2008.
• Abesentee and Fax Bid Packages: Download the Absentee Bid Form now! Email or fax it back to us by 5pm (cst) Friday, August 15, 2008 to get your absentee bid in!
