to auction.
- No Buyer's Premium.
- 10% down on Auction day,
balance is due at closing within 45 days.
- Closing will not be subject to a
financing contingency.
- Sold subject to Seller confirmation.
- Offered AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
- Cash, Certified Funds, Personal/Company Checks
with Bank Letter of Guarantee or subject to approval with proper ID.
- Absentee and fax bid
packages are available upon request.

as time is very limited. Offers are not required to be on the
Pre-Auction Offer Form
but they must contain all the same information as the
