  • No Buyer's Premium.
  • 10% down on Auction day, balance is due at closing within 45 days.
  • Closing will not be subject to a financing contingency.
  • Sold subject to Seller confirmation.
  • Offered AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
  • Cash, Certified Funds, Personal/Company Checks with Bank Letter of Guarantee or subject to approval with proper ID.
  • Absentee and fax bid packages are available upon request.
  • If you would like to make an offer before the auction, please fax (205.661.0800) or email your offer as time is very limited. Offers are not required to be on the Pre-Auction Offer Form but they must contain all the same information as the Pre-Auction Offer Form and meet the same exact terms as the Auction.
  • 2% Broker Participation is offered. Written registration, submitted on the Broker Participation Form must be received no later than 48 hours prior to Auction time. Or email us and we'll fax you a copy.
