Directions
In Birmingham, AL:
from intersection of I-65 and I-59, take I-59N to Exit 143 (Deerfoot Parkway),
(whether north or south bound) turn left at the end of the exit, turn right at
1st light, Auction Site is approximately 3/4 mile on left.
Terms and conditions
- Inspection:
Auction Day, starting at 8am (CST).
- General: 10%
Buyer’s Premium. Full payment due at end of auction. Sales tax collected –
dealers bring your resale #. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases
from auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and
personnel. “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”.
- Checkout: Auction Day until 5pm
(CST). All items must be removed no later than Friday, May 22nd, 5pm (CST),
no extensions.
- Forms of Payment: Cash, Certified
Funds, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal/Company Checks (under $5000 with
electronic approval/conversion, over $5000 only with Bank Letter, no
exceptions).
- Sample Guarantee
Letter: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of
