Directions

In Birmingham/Trussville, AL: From I-59 Exit 141 (Trussville), at end of exit if northbound turn left, if southbound turn right onto Chalkville Rd for 1.6mi. Left onto Grayson Valley Dr for 1mi. Continue straight on Grayson Valley Dr/Brewster Rd for 2.3mi. Right onto Westridge Dr for 0.6mi. Left onto Eastridge Dr for 0.2mi. Auction site on left.

Terms and conditions

• Inspection: Auction Day, starting at 8am (CST).
• General: 10% Buyer’s Premium. Full payment due at end of auction. Sales tax collected – dealers bring your resale #. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and personnel. “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”.
• Firearms: All state/federal firearm regulations/requirements strictly enforced. All firearms will have to be paid for on Auction Day and picked up at Heritage’s Trussville location by the same person that filled out the background check on Auction Day. Be sure to bring your license with you when you pick up the firearms. Pickup hours are Sunday September 20 from 1pm-5pm, or Monday through Friday September 21-25 by appointment.
• Removal: All items must be removed on Auction Day.
• Forms of Payment: Cash, Certified Funds, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal/Company Checks (under $5000 with electronic approval/conversion, over $5000 only with Bank Letter, no exceptions).
• Sample Guarantee Letter: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of       's (insert customer name here) checks drawn on account #_____ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $_____ for purchases at the auction of Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc on September 19, 2009.
• Absentee and Fax Bid Packages: Download the Absentee Bid Form now! Email or fax it back to us by 5pm (cst) Friday, September 18, 2009 or drop it off at the Auction to get your absentee bid in!
