In Oneonta, AL: From
Hwy 75, turn onto Gilbreath Dr; turn right onto 2nd Ave W; turn left onto
Industrial Park Rd. Look for Auction signs!
Terms and conditions
- Inspection:
Auction Day, starting at 8am (CST).
- General: 10%
Buyer’s Premium. Full payment due at end of auction. Sales tax collected –
dealers bring your resale #. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases
from auction site. Buyers must provide their own moving equipment and
personnel. “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”.
- Firearms:
All state/federal firearm regulations/requirements strictly enforced. All
firearms will have to be paid for on Auction Day and may be picked up at the
same time if the background check result is "proceed".
If the background check result is "delay", then the firearms may be picked up
on Thursday April 15th at Heritage's Liquidation Center in Trussville, AL.
- Removal: All items must be removed on
Auction Day.
- Forms of Payment: Cash, Certified
Funds, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal/Company Checks (under $5000 with
electronic approval/conversion, over $5000 only with Bank Letter, no
exceptions).
- Sample Guarantee
Letter: As a customer of our bank, we will guarantee payment of
's (insert customer name here) checks
drawn on account #_____ not to exceed the aggregate amount of $_____ for
purchases at the auction of Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc on
April 10, 2010.
- Absentee and Fax Bid

Email or fax it back to us by 5pm (cst) Friday, April 9, 2010 or drop it off
at the Auction to get your
absentee bid in!
