Bids/offers

You may submit bids via fax (205.661.0800), mail or hand delivery (Heritage Realty & Auction Co Inc, 6877 Gadsden Hwy, Trussville, AL 35173), or email info@heritagesales.com. Faxed/Mailed bids must be submitted on the Bid Form. Emailed bids must contain the same item/bidder information as requested on the Bid Form.

Terms of Sale

Machines must be completely removed within 10 business days of bid award.
High Bidder must arrange for their own riggers. Heritage DOES NOT provide rigging services.
Cash, Visa/MasterCard/Discover, certified funds, wire transfers, personal/company check (with proper ID and subject to electronic conversion/approval, 10-day hold on all checks over $5,000).
Sale subject to seller confirmation.
Sales tax collected unless a resale tax number can be provided.
Property is selling "AS IS" - "WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS".
